EFI Educational Portfolio Research

EFI Home / Education OLD VERSION / EFI Educational Portfolio Research

Help us shape EFI’s educational portfolio!

EFI is looking for feedback to help develop one of our highly flexible, interdisciplinary, data-focused and project-led taught postgraduate (PGT) programmes.

We invite you to share your thoughts on the early ideas for the MSc in Service Management and Design.

See below for further information on the programme and a link to the survey.

In the near future, we will be running a survey on our Economy PGT programme.

Thank you for your feedback!

SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN

Programme Aims:
  • Understand and critically examine how services are designed and managed, across the private and public sectors;

  • Explore the linkages between service management and service design and how these two inter-linked processes are governed; and

  • Critically consider the practical challenges of service management and service design and how research and theory can help resolve these challenges; and

  • Evaluate the challenges of data-driven innovation for services in a global context.
