Felicia plays an important part in securing philanthropic support to help ensure the Institute’s most pressing priorities are as impactful as possible for the local and international community. Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy for the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), Edinburgh Futures Institute Directors, and senior colleagues, she develops and maintains fundraising priorities and propositions for EFI Initiatives and Education.

A skilled development professional with over 11 years of experience in relationship-building and engagements, Felicia has worked across private and non-profit sectors and brings experience in major gift fundraising, advancing EFI Initiatives, and anti-racist practices. She has a history of developing, monitoring, and articulating the value of fundraising strategy, and integrating the wisdom of colleagues and practitioners to test, improve, and expand fundraising success. Felicia believes in the power of philanthropy to build intergenerational wealth through education, and is passionate about advancing equity, sustainability, and climate resilience to shape a better tomorrow.
