Noreen is primarily aligned with the Edinburgh Futures Institute’s Financial Services/FinTech and Public Services sector engagement activities. Noreen has previously worked in financial services, the public sector, the third sector and in the delivery of a Scottish Funding Council-funded knowledge exchange programme.
