Executive Education Programmes showcased at FinTech Symposium 2023

The Executive Education team from Edinburgh Futures Institute and the University of Edinburgh Business School attended the UK Fintech Symposium, where they showcased University of Edinburgh's Executive Education programmes.

The Executive Education team from Edinburgh Futures Institute and the University of Edinburgh Business School attended the UK Fintech Symposium on 29 November 2023 at the OX, Natwest Gogarburn, where they showcased the training opportunities available through the University of Edinburgh’s Executive Education programmes.

The prestigious symposium is the annual conference for the FinTech National Network, delivered in association with Innovate UK and the UK and Scottish Governments, a focal point for FinTech leaders to collaborate and explore new market opportunities.

Jackie Whittaker (Portfolio Manager, Edinburgh Futures Institute), Noreen O’Donnell, (Engagement Manager, Edinburgh Futures Institute), and Sandy Smith (Head of Client Development, University of Edinburgh Business School) joined the symposium as part of the Executive Education team (in photo).

The team highlighted one of the University’s flagship courses, “FinTech in Finance,” which aims to empower participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of how technological advancements are reshaping financial systems.

The University’s Executive Education programmes cater to individuals and can also offer tailored solutions for financial professionals, regulators, and investors. The innovative programmes are designed in collaboration with industry experts addressing specific needs of organisations, ensuring that they stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic FinTech industry.
