Providing leadership and empower capacity for thriving in university communities by developing data-driven asset-based education strategies in a global context for societal transformation.

“We are dedicated to fostering transdisciplinary collaboration and transformative learning in higher education, empowering university communities globally through the development of data-driven, asset-based strategies that prioritise positive well-being and drive societal transformation.”

Dr Mark Hoelterhoff, PATH Cluster Lead

Our priorities:

Pioneering: Pioneering the exploration of future-facing, post-digital strategies that transcend disciplinary boundaries, fostering innovative approaches to addressing complex challenges in higher education while prioritising the cultivation of positive well-being across transdisciplinary studies.

Analytics: Harnessing advanced analytics and data-driven methodologies to delve into the dynamic interplay between positive well-being and transformative learning within higher education. Through collaborative research initiatives, we aim to develop comprehensive metrics that illuminate the pathways to holistic student development and societal impact.

Transformative: Forging pathways of educational transformation that integrate intrapersonal strengths with real-world challenges, fostering the development of critical thinkers and change agents equipped to address pressing issues in contemporary society. Our transdisciplinary approach seeks to catalyse meaningful change at individual, institutional, and societal levels.

HigherED: Empowering a vibrant network of academic, student support, and professional leaders dedicated to advancing evidence-based strategies for enhancing positive well-being within the higher education landscape. Through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and collective action, we strive to cultivate a culture of well-being and resilience that supports the holistic development of students and the broader university community.
