As a recruitment marketing specialist, Russell manages the design and development of a robust and sustainable recruitment marketing strategy for the institute’s growing portfolio of education programmes. He works closely with colleagues across the University to plan work and development of EFI’s value proposition, and market positioning for our audiences.
With 13 years of progressive experience in further and higher education, Russell joined Edinburgh Futures Institute from the University of Glasgow where he led in the development and implementation of Open Studies student recruitment and marketing strategy. Drawing on his experience, Russell has built strong and mutually beneficial relationships across the university to champion EFI education and promote engagement with key stakeholders.
