Teilo Hewett is part of the Information, Technical and Technology Services (ITTS) User Support team, providing technology support and contributing towards the coordination and delivery of IT User Support Services for the Edinburgh Futures Institute and Edinburgh College of Art.
Teilo is an ITIL certified IT professional with modern apprenticeship qualifications in IT & Telecoms and Information Security. They have experience working in a range of different IT environments in the higher education sector, providing support for teaching, audio-visual, clinical and research areas. Prior to joining the User Support team, Teilo has worked in the Digital Services Team at the Holyrood campus and as a modern apprentice and Junior Computing Officer at the Easter Bush campus.
